We review each order within 24 hours and contact you by email or phone (if provided) to clarify details, discuss pricing, and schedule completion times.

3. Service Areas

Our main service areas include cities and suburbs in Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. For other regions, travel may be possible with an additional fee for transportation — terms are discussed individually.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is calculated individually depending on scope and complexity. Payment is made after agreement and may include a deposit as negotiated. We accept payment via bank transfer, cash, or other mutually agreed methods.

5. Completion Time

Completion times are agreed upon after order confirmation. We guarantee quality and strive to meet the agreed deadlines.

6. Work Instructions

We work according to your instructions or our own recommendations based on the photos and descriptions provided. If necessary, we can visit the site to clarify details.

7. Tools and Equipment

We provide all necessary tools and equipment required to complete the job. If any additional materials need to be purchased, we will coordinate this with the client in advance.

8. Furniture Dismantling

We provide careful dismantling of old furniture if needed. Terms are discussed separately.
